Air Fryer Jalapeño Cranberry Turkey (Print out)

Spicy-sweet turkey melt with cranberry and jalapeño, toasted to golden perfection in the air fryer.

# What You'll Need:

→ Bread & Spreads

01 - 4 slices sourdough bread
02 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

→ Cheese

03 - 4 slices Swiss cheese (substitute with cheddar if preferred)

→ Meats

04 - 4 ounces cooked turkey breast, sliced

→ Fruit & Vegetables

05 - 2 tablespoons cranberry sauce (whole berry or jellied)
06 - 1 fresh jalapeño, thinly sliced, seeds removed for milder heat

→ Optional

07 - 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened (optional for extra creaminess)

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
02 - Spread softened butter evenly on one side of each sourdough slice.
03 - On the non-buttered side of each bread slice, optionally spread 1 tablespoon cream cheese, then layer one slice of Swiss cheese, half the turkey slices, 1 tablespoon cranberry sauce, half the jalapeño slices, another slice of Swiss cheese, and top with the second bread slice with the buttered side facing out.
04 - Place both sandwiches in the air fryer basket side by side.
05 - Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 6 to 7 minutes, flipping sandwiches halfway through, until bread is golden and cheese is melted.
06 - Allow sandwiches to cool for 1 minute, then cut each in half and serve immediately.
