Air Fryer Santa Hat Strawberries (Print out)

Festive strawberries filled with creamy cheesecake and topped with marshmallows and white chocolate accents.

# What You'll Need:

→ Fruit

01 - 12 large fresh strawberries

→ Cheesecake Filling

02 - 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
03 - 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
04 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Topping & Decorations

05 - 12 mini marshmallows
06 - 2 tablespoons white chocolate chips
07 - 1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional, for melting)

# How to Make It:

01 - Wash and dry the strawberries. Slice off the leafy ends so each strawberry stands upright. Set aside.
02 - In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
03 - Transfer the cheesecake filling into a piping bag or plastic bag with a snipped corner.
04 - Pipe a small mound of the cheesecake filling onto the cut side of each strawberry to form the face.
05 - Place a mini marshmallow onto the tip of each strawberry to represent the pom-pom of the Santa hats.
06 - In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips with optional coconut oil in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
07 - Pipe or drizzle a ring of melted white chocolate around the base of each strawberry to mimic the fur trim of the hats; use a toothpick for precision if needed.
08 - Arrange the decorated strawberries in a single layer within the air fryer basket. Air fry at 320°F for 2–3 minutes to lightly set the chocolate. Allow to cool before serving.
