01 - 1 cup green cabbage, chopped
02 - 1 cup kale leaves, stems removed, chopped
03 - 1 small cucumber, peeled and chopped
04 - 1 stalk celery, chopped

05 - 1 green apple, cored and chopped
06 - Juice of 1 lemon

→ Flavorings

07 - 1-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled
08 - 1/2 cup cold water (optional, for blending)

01 - Wash all vegetables and fruit thoroughly under running water.
02 - Core and chop the apple. Peel and chop the cucumber. Remove kale stems and chop leaves. Chop cabbage and celery into pieces suitable for your juicer or blender.
03 - Feed cabbage, kale, cucumber, celery, apple, ginger, and lemon juice through the juicer. Stir thoroughly before serving.
04 - Add cabbage, kale, cucumber, celery, apple, ginger, lemon juice, and water to blender. Blend until completely smooth. Strain through fine mesh sieve or nut milk bag to remove pulp if desired.
