# How to Make It:

- Set oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Boil elbow macaroni in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked. Let rest 5 minutes, then shred and toss with barbecue sauce.
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually add milk while whisking until sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.
- Remove sauce from heat. Stir in cheddar, mozzarella, Parmesan, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and ground mustard until smooth and cheese is melted.
- Mix cooked macaroni with cheese sauce thoroughly and transfer to prepared baking dish. Evenly distribute BBQ chicken over the top.
- Combine panko breadcrumbs with melted butter. Sprinkle over chicken layer, then top with shredded cheddar.
- Bake for 20 minutes until golden and bubbling. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
