# How to Make It:
- In a large bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Add warm water and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms. Knead on a floured surface for 8 to 10 minutes until smooth. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm area for 45 to 60 minutes until doubled in size.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan, mozzarella, minced garlic, salt, pepper, onion powder, and nutmeg. Stir in the chopped spinach until fully incorporated. Set aside.
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Punch down the risen dough and split into two portions. Roll the larger portion into a thick rope, shaping it into a ring approximately 9 inches in diameter, then place on the baking sheet. Cut and shape the remaining dough into branched antlers and attach securely to the ring. Make a slit along the top of the ring without cutting through, and gently fill with the prepared spinach dip.
- Brush the dough with beaten egg for a golden finish. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes until the bread is golden brown, cooked through, and the dip is bubbling.
- Optionally, place cherry tomatoes or olives onto the bread to create eyes and a nose, completing the reindeer appearance.
- Serve warm, allowing guests to pull apart the bread and dip as desired.
