# How to Make It:
01 - Warm olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add diced onion and carrot; cook for 4 minutes until they begin to soften.
02 - Incorporate minced garlic along with diced red and green bell peppers. Continue cooking for an additional 3 minutes.
03 - Stir in ground cumin, chili powder, smoked paprika, coriander, oregano, cayenne pepper if using, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 1 minute until aromatic.
04 - Add tomato paste, diced tomatoes, black beans, kidney beans, corn kernels, and vegetable broth. Stir thoroughly to combine.
