# What You'll Need:

→ Main Fruit

01 - 1 large seedless watermelon, ripe and firm

→ Berries & Accents

02 - 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
03 - 1 cup fresh blueberries
04 - 1 cup fresh raspberries
05 - 1 cup fresh blackberries
06 - Fresh mint leaves for garnish

→ Optional Additions

07 - 1 cup seedless grapes, halved
08 - 1 cup pineapple chunks
09 - 1 lime, sliced for garnish

# How to Make It:

01 - Wash all fruit thoroughly under cold running water and pat dry completely with paper towels.
02 - Cut a thin slice off the bottom of the watermelon to create a flat, stable base for sitting on the serving board or platter.
03 - Slice off the top third of the watermelon lengthwise using a large sharp knife to form an elegant boat or canoe shape.
04 - Using a melon baller or sturdy spoon, carefully scoop out the watermelon flesh and set aside in a bowl. Remove as much flesh as possible while maintaining a sturdy shell approximately 1 inch thick.
05 - Arrange the reserved watermelon balls or chunks back into the hollowed shell, gently mixing with half of the prepared berries to create an attractive presentation.
06 - Position the filled watermelon carving on a large serving board or platter and artfully arrange the remaining berries and optional fruits around it in an appealing display.
07 - Top the arrangement with fresh mint leaves and lime slices if desired for added color and visual appeal.
08 - Serve immediately at room temperature or refrigerate until ready to serve to guests.
