03 - 4 tablespoons cranberry sauce

05 - 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
06 - 4 slices mild cheddar cheese (optional)

→ Vegetables

07 - 1 small handful baby spinach or lettuce leaves
08 - 1 small red onion, thinly sliced

→ Butter

09 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

# How to Make It:

01 - Lightly toast brioche slices until golden, if desired for extra flavor.
02 - Spread mayonnaise on one side of each brioche slice.
03 - On four slices, layer turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing, cheddar cheese if using, and baby spinach or lettuce leaves.
