# How to Make It:
01 - Heat each tortilla in a dry frying pan for 30 seconds per side or microwave for 10 seconds until flexible.
02 - Evenly spread mayonnaise or cranberry sauce over each tortilla, leaving a 0.8-inch border.
03 - Arrange spinach or lettuce leaves, then layer turkey or chicken, stuffing, roast potatoes, and cooked vegetables over the base.
04 - Drizzle gravy if desired, then season with salt and black pepper to taste.
