I created this DIY version to give my kids a healthier, more personalized lunch option. It quickly became a favorite for both school days and weekend picnics.

Ingredients

  • Turkey breast: 100 g, sliced
  • Ham: 100 g, sliced
  • Mild cheddar cheese: 100 g, sliced
  • Mozzarella cheese: 100 g, cubed
  • Whole wheat crackers: 24
  • Mini pita breads: 2, cut into wedges (optional)
  • Seedless grapes: 1 cup
  • Baby carrots: 1 cup
  • Cucumber slices: 1 cup
  • Mini chocolate squares or small cookies: 4 (optional)

Instructions

Arrange Proteins:
Place equal portions of turkey, ham, cheddar, and mozzarella in four compartmentalized containers or lunchboxes.
