01 - 20 large Medjool dates, pitted
02 - 1.8 oz blanched almonds
03 - 1.8 oz pistachios, shelled and unsalted
04 - 1.4 oz unsweetened shredded coconut
05 - Zest of 1 orange
06 - 2 tbsp orange blossom water

→ Decoration

07 - Edible gold leaf (optional)
08 - 1 tbsp sesame seeds
09 - 2 tbsp honey for brushing

# How to Make It:

01 - Slice each date lengthwise on one side and carefully remove the pit while maintaining date integrity.
02 - Using small cookie cutters, shape half the dates into crescents and the other half into stars by gently pressing and trimming.
03 - Lightly crush almonds and pistachios and combine with orange zest, shredded coconut, and orange blossom water until thoroughly mixed.
04 - Spoon or press the nut mixture into each date, molding it to align with the crescent and star shapes.
05 - Place filled dates on a serving platter in an attractive pattern, brush with warmed honey, sprinkle sesame seeds, and optionally apply edible gold leaf for elegance.
