07 - 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup

# How to Make It:

01 - In a small saucepan, combine oat milk, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves. Heat gently over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until steaming but not boiling.
02 - Sift matcha powder into a small bowl to remove lumps. Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of hot (not boiling) water, then whisk vigorously until smooth and frothy.
03 - Remove oat milk mixture from heat. Stir in maple syrup and vanilla extract until fully integrated.
04 - Divide the matcha evenly between two mugs. Slowly pour the spiced oat milk over the matcha to create a layered effect if desired.
05 - Top with a cinnamon stick or a light dusting of cinnamon. Serve immediately while warm.
