01 - 1 large pomegranate, seeds only
02 - 1 cup seedless green grapes, halved
03 - 1 cup pineapple, cut into small triangles
04 - 1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced
05 - 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
06 - 1 large orange, peeled and segmented
07 - ½ cup blueberries
08 - ½ cup blackberries

# How to Make It:
01 - Remove pomegranate arils, halve grapes and strawberries, slice kiwi, cut pineapple into triangles, and segment orange.
02 - Place pomegranate arils at the center of a large round serving platter forming the starburst core.
03 - Radiate outward from the center with alternating rows of grapes, pineapple, kiwi, strawberries, orange segments, blueberries, and blackberries, arranged symmetrically.
04 - Tuck fresh mint leaves between fruit sections for color and aroma.
05 - Refrigerate the platter until ready to serve.
