Quick Cranberry Brie Crostini (Print out)

# What You'll Need:

→ Bread

01 - 1 French baguette, sliced into 12 rounds, each 1/2 inch thick

→ Cheese

02 - 4 oz Brie cheese, rind removed if preferred, sliced

→ Topping

03 - 1/2 cup cranberry sauce, homemade or store-bought
04 - 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
05 - 1 tbsp honey (optional)
06 - 1 tbsp chopped toasted pecans or walnuts (optional)

→ For Serving

07 - Freshly cracked black pepper (optional)

# How to Make It:

01 - Heat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Arrange the baguette rounds on the prepared baking sheet. Toast for 4 to 5 minutes until lightly golden.
03 - Remove baking sheet from oven and top each toasted slice with a piece of Brie cheese.
04 - Return to oven for 2 to 3 minutes, until Brie begins to melt.
05 - Spoon cranberry sauce over each crostini and sprinkle with chopped rosemary.
06 - Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with nuts if desired. Garnish with extra rosemary and cracked black pepper. Serve warm.
