02 - 3.5 oz sliced salami
03 - 3.5 oz sharp cheddar cheese, grated
04 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

05 - 1 egg, beaten
# How to Make It:
01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - Lay the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface. Brush evenly with Dijon mustard.
03 - Evenly layer the sliced salami over the pastry, then sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese.
04 - Roll up the pastry tightly from one long edge to form a log.
05 - Slice the log into 16 equal pieces. Arrange the scrolls cut side up on the prepared tray.
06 - Brush the tops of the scrolls with the beaten egg.
07 - Bake for 16 to 18 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
