  • Fresh Vegetables: 1 cup sugar snap peas, 1 cup broccoli florets, 1 cup cucumber sliced
  • Fresh Fruits: 1 cup red grapes, 1 cup green grapes, 1/2 pomegranate seeds only, 1/2 cup dried cranberries
